THE LOS ANGELES FILM SCHOOL INVITES THE PUBLIC TO SHORT FILM EVENT One of the World's Best Equipped Film Schools Celebrates Continues its Commitment to Spotlighting Independent Filmmaking at Monthly Event.

LOS ANGELES, CA - September 26, 2001 -The Los Angeles Film School seeks an audience for our Friday Night Shorts Event this Friday Night, September 14th at 7pm! Come see LA's Hottest Shorts. The Los Angeles Film School® is opening its 350 seat, state-of-the-art theater to the world's newest filmmakers. We're calling it Friday Night Shorts and it's our way of helping emerging filmmakers showcase their work. We have a panel of qualified judges who select up to 10 short films to be screened on each occasion. Industry professionals choose the 10 hottest short films for each screening. The filmmakers will be available to answer questions, and we will present an Award to the film most liked by the audience.
