The Los Angeles Film School's new President Amedeo D'Adamo
and new Acting Dean Daniele Suissa are proud to announce
recent additions to the School's Advisory Board. Faye
Dunaway, Kimberly Peirce and Paul Verhoeven are recognized
throughout the world for their distinguished achievements
in the entertainment industry.
"Personally, I'm thrilled," said the school's
president. "Here are three heroes of contemporary
cinema; all three are risk-takers, all three make films
that we take apart in our classes to see how they work.
Kim I've known for years - we were roommates our first
year of film-school - and we've all gotten to know Faye
in the months she spent here at the school as our first
Visiting Artist. Also, Paul has just been a hero of mine
since I first saw Robocop. His recent
class here at the school was like his films; very thoughtful,
electric, exciting and fiercely argued. It makes us all
proud that they've endorsed this place and what we do."
